Yoga & nature events in South Devon

Liz Turner practising yoga in nature

Liz Turner offers weekly yoga classes in South Brent, Totnes and Ivybridge. She teaches most ages including children, teenagers (where asked), adults and chair yoga for the gentle years.

Liz also offers private sessions tailored to your requirements.

And sessions for companies, groups or organisations. This includes free yoga charity sessions under Yoga Quota’s Badgeholder Program.

Liz teaches Vinyasa Krama yoga (sequences/variations – with some fixed parameters – taken step by step) in the Krishnamacharya tradition. This involves slow movements and postures (Asana) designed to strengthen the body and improve flexibility, co-ordinated with the breath. Specific Pranayama breathing exercises are included and can help to create balance, groundedness and calmness. The class usually finishes with a short meditation. The aim of a yoga practice is physical well-being and mental peace!

Yoga for Charities, Companies, Schools, etc

If you are a charity and willing to have your logo on Yoga Quota’s website, Liz can offer you a free yoga session/s! Just email or call to discuss your requirements. For other groups/companies/organisations, sessions are at a reasonable rate and tailored to requirements, be it school, nursery, company, residential home, event or other.
